Commercial Customer Employee Discount Terms and Conditions (Ongoing)

The following terms and conditions govern the employee discount offers provided by Tool Kit Depot ("we", "our", "us") to employees of participating commercial customers ("you", "your"). By participating in these offers, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Offer Availability:
The employee discounts offered by Tool Kit Depot are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time, for any reason, and without liability.

Eligibility:
Eligibility for employee discounts is determined by agreements between Tool Kit Depot and specific commercial customers. Employees must present valid proof of employment with a participating customer to qualify for discounts.

Discount Application:
Discounts may vary based on the specific agreement with the customer and the type of products or services offered. Not all products or services may be eligible for discounts.

Verification:
Tool Kit Depot reserves the right to verify employment status and eligibility of individuals claiming employee discounts. Falsification of information may result in denial of discounts and possible legal action.

Limitations:
Employee discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Changes and Cancellations:

We may modify or cancel employee discounts, or alter these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Offer

A range of discounted products and bonus offers are available to all customers. Additional exclusive offers are available to TKD Rewards Club Members. Customers may join our membership program at any time during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers:

• In-store:Sign up as a member before completing your transaction.
• Online:Ensure you are logged into your Tool Kit Depot member account at checkout online. Membership savings cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is completed. 

How Discounts Are Applied

• In-Store: Discounts are automatically applied at the register for eligible purchases. Customers must provide sufficient identification as a TKD Rewards Club Member to access member-only offers.
• Online: Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. For member-only offers, customers must be logged into their Tool Kit Depot account to access the offers accordingly.

Instant Bonus Offers: Selected items are eligible for an Instant Bonus at the time of purchase. Bonus items cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other products. Offers are valid while promotional stock lasts and availability may vary by store.

• In-Store:If your purchase qualifies, the Instant Bonus item(s) will be provided at the register or when collecting your order, if available. Bonus items can be limited in stock and are only confirmed if available in-store at the time of purchase. Please contact your local store directly for stock availability.
• Online:Instant Bonus item(s) will be automatically added to the cart at checkout, if available.
  • Bonus item(s) are only guaranteed if they appear in the cart during checkout. If not visible, online bonus stock may be exhausted or no longer available. Stock levels vary by store location.
  • Bonus item(s) will be dispatched with the customer's order. However, if stock is limited, the order may be dispatched in multiple shipments or adjusted to reflect availability.

Exclusions

Offer

Bonus Bucks: This promotion is exclusive to TKD Rewards Club Members.

TKD Rewards Club Members will receive a nominated amount of TKD BUCKS when they purchase selected products as indicated in the promotion in-store and online. The nominated amount a Rewards Club Member can earn will be indicated on the product in-store and online.

To qualify for this promotion:

• Must be a TKD Rewards Club Member at the time of purchase. Customers may join the TKD Rewards Club Program at any time during the promotion before making a purchase to access this offer and other member-only offers:
  • In-store: Sign up before completing your purchase.
  • Online:Ensure you are logged into your member account at checkout. Membership cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase.

Exclusions

• Festool, Fein, Coastmac products, and Tool Kit Depot gift cards are not eligible for TKD BUCKS.
• TKD BUCKS cannot be earned on any portion of a transaction when you use TKD BUCKS as a form of payment.
• TKD BUCKS cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift cards.
• Bunnings PowerPass Members and Tool Kit Depot account holders with negotiated business pricing are not eligible to earn TKD BUCKS during this promotion.
• PowerPass members may join the TKD Rewards Club Program during the promotion before making a purchase to access member-only offers. For online purchases, PowerPass members must ensure they are logged into their TKD Rewards Club account, not PowerPass, before checkout.

Purchases

• In-Store: To receive TKD BUCKS in this promotion and other exclusive member-only offers, customers must identify themselves as a TKD Rewards Club Member at the time of purchase by providing sufficient identification at the point of sale.
• Online: To qualify for the Bonus Bucks promotion and other member-only offers online, customers must be logged into their TKD Rewards Club Member account at checkout.

TKD BUCKS Allocation

• TKD BUCKS are allocated at the time of purchase as part of the promotion.
• In-store: TKD BUCKS will appear in the customer's Rewards Club account approximately one hour after the transaction is completed.
• Online: TKD BUCKS will appear in the account approximately one hour after the order is either dispatched or picked up (for Click & Collect).
• In some cases, TKD BUCKS may take a few hours to appear in a customer’s account. System issues may affect this timeframe.  

TKD BUCKS

• TKD BUCKS earned in this promotion have a 12-month expiry date. 
• TKD BUCKS are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Members can review their TKD BUCKS Balance by logging into their Member Account online.
• TKD BUCKS can only be redeemed at Tool Kit Depot stores, and on the Website in Australia. TKD BUCKS cannot be redeemed at Bunnings and other Bunnings Group Retailer.

Limitations

• Offers are subject to stock availability and may be limited in quantity or duration.
• Tool Kit Depot is not liable for technical issues, including website malfunctions, that may impact participation. 
• Nothing in these T&Cs exclude, modify or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
